Returns & Refunds Policy
Effective from: May 2025

We are committed to delivering transformational experiences through our coaching services and retreats. Your satisfaction matters to us. Please read the following carefully, as our refund and returns policy differs for coaching and retreats.

1. Coaching Services (One-to-One and Group Coaching)
Due to the nature of coaching as a time-based, transformational, and personalised service:

All sales are final. No refunds are offered once a coaching programme has started, including group and 1:1 sessions.

If you purchase a coaching package and wish to cancel before your first session, you may request a refund within 48 hours of payment, provided no coaching has taken place.

Sessions missed without 24 hours' notice will be forfeited and not rescheduled or refunded.

If Michelle must cancel a session, a suitable alternative will be offered at no additional cost to the client.

We believe in the value of our work and encourage open communication to address any issues or dissatisfaction.

2. Retreats
Retreats require significant upfront planning, venue booking, and preparation. For this reason:

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Full payment is typically due [X days] before the retreat start date. After this point, no refunds will be issued.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat start date may be eligible for a 50% refund (excluding the deposit).

Cancellations made less than 60 days before the retreat are non-refundable. We recommend you purchase travel and event insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

If Michelle cancels a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, natural disaster, venue issue), a full refund or transfer to a future retreat will be offered.

3. Digital Products or Downloadables (if applicable)
Due to the instant access nature of digital content:

All sales are final and non-refundable once the product is downloaded or accessed.

If you have trouble accessing your files or believe there has been an error in delivery, please contact us within 7 days at mescoffery1@me.com.

Additional Notes
This policy is clearly visible in our website footer and on all relevant product pages.
